I’m Avery Boose
Founder of Vessoul and a Private Yoga Instructor based in NYC.
With over 12 years of experience in hands-on, trauma-informed yoga, a 200 Hour Yoga Certification, and a Bachelors in Movement
I create personalized yoga programs for people of all levels — from total beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or just slow down and breathe, I’m here to help you feel better in your body.
At Vessoul, every session is about you. I specialize in gentle yoga for beginners, yoga for stress relief, and restorative movement that supports healing — physically, mentally, and emotionally. My approach is rooted in somatic practices, hands-on support, and creating a space where all bodies and all genders feel seen and supported.
You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced to start. You just need a willingness to reconnect with yourself — one breath, one movement at a time.
Whether we meet virtually or in-person, this is yoga designed for real life — personal, intentional, and inclusive.
